"ნიუ ლაიფ ჯორჯიას" ხელმძღვანელი მარიამ კუკუნაშვილი სოციალურ ქსელ "ფეისბუქზე" აქვეყნებს იმ წერილის შინაარსს, რომელიც იუსტიციის სახლებში "ნიუ ლაიფ ჯორჯიას" მიმართ შეფერხებებსა და ბიუროკრატიულ ქმედებებს ეხება.
მარიამ კუკუნაშვილი წერს:
"ნიუ ლაიფ ჯორჯიამ" საელჩოებს წერილები გაუგზავნა ქბ თეა წულუკიანის შესახებ. "ნიუ ლაიფ ჯორჯია", ისევე როგორც სხვა დანარჩენი რეპროდუქციული კლინიკები, ბოლო 1 წელიწადია სერიოზულ შეფერხებებსა და ბიუროკრატიულ პროცედურებს აწყდებიან იუსტიციის სახლში.
ამის შესახებ არაერთხელ შედგა კლინიკების გაერთიანებული შეხვედრა იუსტიციის სახლში და ასევე არაერთი წერილი გაიგზავნა მინისტრ თეა წულუკიანთან, თუმცა უშედეგოდ. ყოველივე ამის გამო კი ზარალდებიან როგორც ქართველი ისე უცხოელი პაციენტები და, რაც ყველაზე მნიშვნელოვანია, ახალშობილები. შესაბამისად, "ნიუ ლაიფ ჯორჯიამ" გადაწყვიტა მიემართა დაზარალებული უცხოელების წარმომადგენელი საელჩოებისთვის და მათთვის თხოვნით მიემართა, რომ აქტიურად ჩაერთონ მათი მოქალაქეების კანონიერი უფლებების დაცვის საკითხებში.
წერილს ,რომლის ასლები ასევე გაეგზავნება ქ.-ნ წულუკიანსა და მთავრობას, ვაქვეყნებ დაპირებისამებრ. წერილი გაეგზავნა აშშ, ბრიტანეთის, ისრაელის და სხვა საელჩოებს. იმედს ვიტოვებთ, რომ სამინისტრო დაგვიანებით , მაგრამ მაინც მოახდენს შესაბამის რეაგირებას.

Dear Honorable Ambassador,
I avail myself of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy of the United States of America in Georgia the assurance of my highest consideration.
The purpose of this endeavor is to bring to your attention the voice of the citizens of the United States of America who have realized the dream of their lives and have become parents through New Life Georgia.
New Life Georgia is a part of New Life Global Network (NLGN) of In Vitro Fertilization Clinics and which currently operates in 9 Countries and at same time serves as an official headquarter of NLGN since 2008.
From the very day of our establishment, we have helped more than 5, 000 families globally to bring babies to their lives via Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) and all our actions have been in line with legal papers designated for regulation of the services to be rendered to the beneficiaries.
The scope of this letter is to notify You about activation (without warning) of the 19th Article of the Order #18 of the Minister of Justice in the mid of 2014 while the paper is dated back to early 2012 and regulates the registry procedures of those babies born via ART.
We came in collision with mentioned article when after six years of working experience in ART field, our Intended Parents have got refusal on obtaining the baby’s Birth Certificate due to the date affixed in the notarized contract between the Parents and the Egg Donor.
Since then, in cooperation with lawyers, New Life Georgia has immediately implemented in the practice and elaborated the additional paper so that not to contradict to the new requirement set by the Ministry of Justice, keen enough in artificial aggravation of the procedures and making mandatory the contract to be signed before the medical procedure and not a minute after.
But aforementioned do not mitigate anything for those Parents who have been already denied in issuance of Birth Certificate, for those, who due to unprofessional work of the entity, have to wait for a month and a half for the decision of the House of the Justice, have to address the court, leave their baby to nanny and depart to USA within 90 days while every step is associated with additional expenses, is time consuming nothing to mention about the stress the Parents have to go through for over than 6 months. (During previous government same procedure took only 1 day)
The special emphasize deserves the fact that all cases referred to the court have found the verdict in favor of the Intended Parents (obliging the House of the Justice to issue the Birth Certificate), meaning that the court treats the parental issue and biological linkage between the Parent and Baby more humanly and neatly.
We have numerously addressed the Minister of Justice Ms. Tea Tsulukiani with explanatory notes and requests for the meeting. We have appealed her to review the sub-article A of the article 19 pertaining to the date of notarization of the contract. But unfortunately her busy agenda had been an excuse for neither answering our letters nor appointing the meeting with us.
I do rely the content of this letter, despite of the fact that has been stated in a very brief manner so that not to take much of your valuable time, will raise the interest to go into the depth of the problem and you will spare no efforts to clarify the situation with the Governmental Institution unwilling to listen to own citizens and creating obstacles instead of regulating them with amending the internal order that is not a part of the law. In case of need we are ready to submit additional materials and give more clarifications.
